Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage CRM systems (mainly GoHighLevel)
Build simple automations, workflows, tags, and pipelines
Create email & SMS follow-up sequences
Set up calendars, forms, and booking systems
Maintain and improve existing automated processes
Troubleshoot CRM issues when needed
Support with integrating tools (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, email, WhatsApp)
What Were Looking For
Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
Good understanding of automations and workflow setup
Able to spot problems and improve systems
Tech-savvy, organised, and proactive
Good communication and able to work independently
Bonus (not required) :
Experience with other CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, etc.)
Zapier or automation tool experience
Basic landing page / funnel building skills
Pay & Growth
Starting monthly pay based on experience
Increases available based on performance, quality of work, and reliability
