About this Position
As a Media Specialist for Henkel Australia and New Zealand, you will play a critical role in enhancing our media strategy and execution across the region. Your primary goal will be to support and coordinate various media activities, ensuring that our campaigns are impactful and aligned with our brand objectives. What you´ll do
- Support & assist in coordinating and executing media activities for Henkel Australia and New Zealand (ANZ)
- Provide administrative support for media buying and planning topics with different stakeholders and functions (local marketing units, local media agencies, etc.)
- Manage media tracking, reporting, planning tools (Henkel Media City) and compiling performance files
- Collect, prepare and analyze media buying and planning data reports
- Support in preparing presentations and briefing materials for Henkel ANZ Brand Managers; Support in ad hoc tasks in media & digital (MSO, MMX, etc.)
- Support in Digital Media Transformation, innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Support ongoing maintenance of DAM & PIM (internal asset management / content tools) which includes content upload, meta tagging, etc.
What makes you a good fit
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any fieldMust have at least three (3) years of work experience in Media Planning and Buying (classical & digital media); Media Agency, Advertising Company, and / or FMCG background is an advantageKnowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and Project Management skills is requiredShould be goal-oriented, attentive to details, with excellent English communication skills, and experienced in working with a diverse global mindset and multicultural experiencesAmenable to work on a day-shift schedule (7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM) to support business partners in ANZ, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, MakatiSome perks of joining Henkel
