Technical Training Director

Overview

Our client is a Part 145 MRO in Philippines that primarily supports line maintenance services for local and regional airlines. They are currently looking for a Technical Training Director who will oversee training needs analysis, curriculum design, regulatory manual alignment, and delivery of both in-house and third-party training programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Sets the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical training aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs covering aircraft maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance.
• Oversees the development and regular update of maintenance-related manuals.
• Serves as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and regulators on all technical training matters.
