Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment platforms.
At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
