As an IT Recruiter at Zone IT Solutions, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT professionals to fill various positions in the company's client companies.

As an IT Recruiter, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements. You will leverage various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified candidates. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
• Ability to effectively source and attract top IT talent using various channels
• Experience conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
