Job descriptionDevelop technical design specifications based on high-level requirements. Lead and participate in design walkthroughs with architects, designers, developers, and customers; facilitate timely resolution of design issues throughout the development process. Translate technical design specifications into high-quality, maintainable code, consistently meeting project budgets and deadlines. Ensure deliverable quality by rigorously following project standards, methodologies, and performing quality assurance reviews of team outputs. Prepare functional testing documentation and execute test cases, recording and analyzing results according to established procedures. Oversee project release activities, including the review, sign-off, and verification testing of release deliverables. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers and designers, fostering team growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems development or offshore services.
- Strong background in Java, Groovy, or object-oriented technical design and development.
- Experience with Oracle Utilities products, the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), or related applications (CCS, C2M, CC&B, MSCS, MDM, WACS, WAM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you build rapport easily and make complex ideas simple.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead when necessary, using your judgment to deliver top-quality results.
