This might involve setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing sales reports. Customer Service & Operations : Ensuring the team provides high-quality customer service, expert travel advice, and tailored solutions, while also managing and resolving issues and complaints. Collaboration & Communication : Working closely with other departments (e.g., operations, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and aligning departmental goals. Maintaining effective relationships and communication with clients and vendors is also crucial.
