Job descriptionThis isn’t just data entry (though you’ll do some of that too). It’s about making sure contractor invoices are processed accurately, expense records are spotless, and the finance team never misses a beat. Process contractor invoices diligently Help with accounts payable and receivable Reconcile company credit card expenses Chase and collect missing paperwork from contractors and employees Keep everything up to date and audit-read. You’ve got a “Can Do” mindset and a sharp eye for detail. You’re comfortable juggling tasks and timelines. You work best with structure but thrive on solving little daily puzzles. You get Aussie GST—it’s not just jargon to you. 2+ years in accounting or finance roles. SIMPRO experience? Gold. Strong with Excel and Microsoft Office. You’ve worked with diverse teams and communicated well across time zones. You like fast-moving environments where clarity matters. You enjoy clear instructions but also trust your gut. You’re team-oriented, reliable, and quietly confident. Timeliness and accuracy of invoice processing. How effectively you support the finance team. Your responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail. Keeping the finance engine running smoothly. Making things accurate. Preventing “oops” moments.
