Sports Social Media Operations (Video editing & Graphic Design)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor / Graphic Designer with a strong passion for basketball and sports content. You will create high-quality videos and visuals that showcase the excitement of the game — from highlight edits and social media reels to promotional designs.

This role is perfect for someone who loves both creative storytelling and sports culture.

Key Responsibilities

Edit basketball highlight videos, game recaps, and short-form clips for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Design sports graphics such as posters, banners, player cards, and event announcements.

Add motion graphics, transitions, and scoreboards to enhance video impact.

Maintain an organized library of raw footage and design assets.

Work closely with the marketing and sports operations teams to plan and deliver timely content.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in video editing or graphic design (sports content preferred).

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Understanding of basketball culture and game flow.

Creative eye for storytelling, visuals, and motion.

Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (e.g., post-game edits).

Nice to Have

Experience shooting sports content (camera, drone).

Familiarity with social media trends and sports editing styles.

Knowledge of color grading, sound mixing, or basic animation.

Portfolio or showreel showcasing basketball or sports-related projects.
