About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Category Manager to lead end-to-end management of 4,000–16,000 SKUs in consumer electronics (gadgets, smart devices, laptops, gaming, audio, storage, cameras). The role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day execution in sourcing, vendor management, pricing, and inventory planning, while mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sourcing, procurement, vendor negotiations, and pricing strategies.

Oversee a wide portfolio of 4,000–16,000 SKUs across multiple electronics categories.

Analyze sales, trends, and inventory to optimize category performance and margins.

Build strong local and international supplier relationships.

Plan seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product lifecycle strategies.

Mentor and motivate a small team of buyers / category specialists.

Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for category growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.

7+ years of experience in category management / procurement in consumer electronics.

Proven success managing high-SKU portfolios.

Strong skills in sourcing, vendor negotiation, pricing, and inventory management.

Leadership experience with a “doer” mindset.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory systems.

Onsite work required (Taguig).
