Import / Export Assistant

Job descriptionDocumentation : Prepare and manage all necessary import and export documents, such as commercial invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading. Customs clearance : Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate clearance of goods. Logistics coordination : Arrange transportation, book shipments, and coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders. Shipment tracking : Monitor the status of shipments from origin to destination and resolve any issues that arise. Compliance : Ensure that all import and export activities comply with national and international trade laws and regulations. Communication : Act as a liaison between various parties, including suppliers, customs officials, shipping companies, and internal departments. Record keeping : Maintain accurate and organized records of all import and export transactions for audits and compliance checks. Reporting : Assist in preparing reports on import and export activities.
Qualifications :
- College Graduate any course
- With experience at least 6 months
- Strong knowledge of import / export processes and customs regulations.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with various parties.
