What you’ll be doing
Performing critical day-to-day ops such as taking inventory, stocking stations, preparing ingredients for service, cooking during service, and maintaining the cleanliness of stations and the kitchen.
Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
Maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
Supervising the production system and process
Execution of GOPs and SOPs
Leads Shift assigned
