Job Summary
The Agriculture Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the agricultural sector. This role involves managing sales teams, building strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and agri-input partners, and expanding market presence for agricultural products
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional and national sales targets
- Identify new markets, customers, and distribution opportunities
- Promote agricultural products through field demonstrations, trials, and farmer meetings
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Customer & Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and cooperativesEnsure effective channel management and product availability in assigned territoriesResolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfactionMarketing & Promotion
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaignsOrganize field days, exhibitions, and agricultural eventsCollect market feedback and share insights with product and marketing teamsReporting & Administration
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reportsTrack sales metrics, inventory levels, and receivablesOffice Location : Paligsahan, Quezon City
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field3 to 5 yrs Agriculture experience in Sales and MarketingWilling to do field work in Luzon AreaKnow how to drive a vehicleRequirements
