Project Management Officer (Finance Related)

Position Description:

Your main responsibilities as PMO Support are as follows:

Talent Acquisition Support

.
. Assistance with creation of service orders for resourcing
. Work with incoming members for onboarding activities, mandatory entry training completion tracking, and any events leading up to the onboarding of new members, such as raising tickets, and tracking delivery of laptops


Member Support

. Timesheet reconciliation and submittal tracking
. Tracking of member training and certifications, including establishing a tracking tool, and reporting on progress for members for training status for their personal development plans
. Tracking of member participation in any experiments, white papers, or client consultants reports that arise through interaction with the ETP (Emerging Technology Practice)



PMO Reporting

. Maintaining PMO reporting for status and meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance from teams to maintain these documents
. The designated work shift for this position will be from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.




Financial

. Tracking of forecasting alignment according to budgets and trends, at the project and overall account/sector level




Quality Support

. Ensuring readiness for internal audits, participation in audits, and working with teams to close any applicable non-conformities
