THIS IS A FULL-TIME REMOTE WORK

Join Neptune as our newest Business Operations Virtual Assistant (VA)! We're looking for smart operators who think like consultants and execute like professionals. You'll work directly with successful business owners, handling complex backend operations that actually move the needle.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We will train you, support you, and help you grow . If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work with an international team, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Build systems that prevent fires before they start
  • Manage high-stakes client communications and deadlines
  • Research and implement solutions you've never seen before
  • Own entire project workflows from start to finish
  • Manage client inboxes, calendars, and reminders
  • Handle research tasks and follow-ups
  • Send contracts, invoices, and other documents
  • Willing to learn creative tasks (web design, video editing, graphic design)
  • Learn and adapt to new tools quickly
  • Communicate confidently across multiple platforms (video, chat, email, etc.)
  • Stay organized, proactive, and solutions-focused

You're also expected to learn skills aside from these tasks, depending on the client's needs.

Requirements

Core Skills & Experience

  • Fluent English (C2)  in both written and spoken form
  • At least 1 year of experience working with foreign clients
  • OR a well-rounded communicator who :
  • Clarifies instructions effectively

  • Urgently communicates roadblocks
  • Provides timely updates and status reports
  • Stays highly responsive across platforms
  • Work Style & Mindset

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proactive and reliable with a willingness to assist, learn new tasks, and recommend work to take on
  • Professional and committed with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools and learning new platforms
  • Availability

    40 hours / week

    Equipment and Setup

  • Your own device (laptop / desktop) to complete client tasks
  • Stable internet connection with a readily available backup
  • Backup power supply in case of outages
