Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Officer located in Iloilo City Proper. The Chief Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the vessel, manage the deck crew, ensure compliance with maritime regulations, and ensure the safety and security of the vessel and its crew. The Chief Officer will also be responsible for navigation, cargo operations, and maintaining accurate records related to the vessel's operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in Maritime Navigation and operational oversight
• Knowledge of Maritime Regulations and Safety Procedures
• Deck Operations and Cargo Management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment
• Certification and licensing appropriate to the Chief Officer position
• Relevant maritime experience is required
