Position: Mandarin Sr. Recruitment Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Setup:Hybrid
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000

Responsibilities:
Execute and run backend processes around Recruitment.
Participate in the roll-in of the selected countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2022 regarding Recruitment. Ensuring high-quality service and day-one readiness for every new country rolled in.
Accountable for the execution of all related end-to-end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
Manage the RPO's performance and monitor the completion of activities
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent-related processes
Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.
Pre-select candidates based on CVs and phone screening and provide the hiring manager with the shortlist
Establish and drive relationships with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies
Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders
Present Recruitment data during Service Calls
Liaise with the respective HRBP/Local HR and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment in the shared services environment
Above average expertise in the traditional Chinese language (Mandarin) and business fluency in English
Ability to partner with different teams across various geographies
HR background is a plus
Knowledge of using any HRIS is an advantage
