Job Description
This is a highly collaborative role within a passionate, cross-functional digital team, working closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Quality Assurance, and Digital Analytics , as well as internal stakeholders and external partners (including lenders and third-party providers).
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering partner-led products and integrations , supporting both strategic partnerships and non-mortgage product offerings within the Lendi ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include :
- Working with Product and Engineering to analyse, define, and deliver partner product capabilities , including new strategic partnership products (e.g. broker-as-a-service).
- Owning and contributing to the analysis of systems, integrations, and end-to-end flows that enable non-mortgage partner products to function seamlessly within our platform.
- Understanding lenders’ credit policies and standardising them to create and maintain rules for the Approval Confidence Rules Engine.
- Interpreting complex business logic and translating it into clear technical requirements and data mappings for internal and external services.
- Analysing and interpreting reports to support product performance, compliance, and operational decision-making.
- Supporting BAU activities, including help desk tickets, audits, and ongoing optimisation of partner and lender integrations.
- Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth delivery.
Qualifications
At least 2- 5 years of experience as a business & technical Business AnalystExperienced in Agile Scrum methodology including detailed analysis, requirements elicitation activities, translating requirements into user stories, documenting the acceptance criteria and the As-Is and To-Be data flows.Lending and Home loans experience is highly desirable (End to end knowledge of the home loans application process – application, pre-approval, approval (conditional and unconditional), settlement)Ability to understand and create technical data mapping for internal and external servicesCan demonstrate the ability to implement and manage BAU processes to support help desk tickets and liaise with internal and external stakeholdersCan demonstrate the ability to action internal audits of system configuration, rules engine and technical mappingStrong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, lenders, and external partners.Additional Information
