Position: Vietnamese Speaking Data Analyst (Free Visa Processing)

Requirements:
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language
Customer Service experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4 year course
Open for Fresh graduates
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City

Job Duties:
Responsible in translating Finance documents such as invoices and billings from Vietnamese to English and vise versa
Monitor and review assigned portfolio and report the status of account handled
Responsible in collecting the receivable and pending promises payment by contacting the customers via calls, email and chats
Ensures that all the records are updated and accurate in the system
