Work Experience :
Minimum of 3 years total experience (At least 6 months to 1 year as a Trainer)
Must have experience in handling sales campaigns.
Tools : Salesforce, PPT, Coaching & Mentoring, Microsoft Office
New Hire classes : Training delivery, Individual and Co-facilitation, Reporting
Non-New Hire : Floor support, Coaching, Training Needs analysis / training needs information, Work with Quality and Ops, Calibrations
Responsibilities :
Needs Assessment : Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
Curriculum Development : Design and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
Training Delivery : Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods.
Evaluation and Feedback : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance monitoring.
One-on-One Coaching : Provide individualized guidance and support to employees.
