Job Description :

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Alabang! As part of a leading Insurance account, you will provide outstanding service and support to policyholders, helping them with inquiries, account updates, claims status, and more — all during regular daytime hours.

You’ll be working in a supportive, performance-driven environment where your communication skills and customer care mindset will truly shine.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls and assist clients with insurance-related queries

Provide accurate information on policies, claims, and account status

Update customer records and ensure proper documentation

Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining quality service

Uphold compliance and data privacy standards at all times

Qualifications :

At least 2nd Year College Undergraduate (any course)

Minimum 1 Year of BPO Experience

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to work onsite in Alabang (Muntinlupa)
