City Operations Supervisor (Cavite)

Description

• Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions administration and workforce supervision.
• Achieve local performance targets.
• Enhance operational procedure and business processes according to local standards.
• Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
• Duties and responsibilities will include interviewing selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
• Biker journey management: Leads generation onboarding incubation retention offboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in transportation management software GPS tracking systems and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Preferably the candidate should be knowledgeable about driving and operating a motorcycle.
