Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including policy administration, performance management, employee engagement, development, and relations.
  • Develop and deliver people plans in partnership with business leaders to achieve HR strategies.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations, enforce disciplinary actions, and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including workplace culture initiatives and morale‑building events.
  • Oversee HR compliance, identify policy gaps, and help draft new policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential employee data, ensuring protection of sensitive information and compliance with information security policies.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) and / or specialized training.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience dealing directly with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Engagement, and Compliance.
  • In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and DOLE advisories.
  • Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
