Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including policy administration, performance management, employee engagement, development, and relations.Develop and deliver people plans in partnership with business leaders to achieve HR strategies.Conduct employee relations investigations, enforce disciplinary actions, and maintain compliance with company policies.Coordinate employee engagement activities, including workplace culture initiatives and morale‑building events.Oversee HR compliance, identify policy gaps, and help draft new policies and procedures.Handle confidential employee data, ensuring protection of sensitive information and compliance with information security policies.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) and / or specialized training.Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience dealing directly with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Engagement, and Compliance.In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and DOLE advisories.Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Success Metrics
