Responsibilities

• Lead one cross-functional team focused on part of SAVii’s financial services, drive the roadmap, prioritisation, and problem-solving.
• Report to the Product Director for this role and manage business stakeholders and teammates to create products that delight customers.
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with SAVii’s vision.
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Understand constraints and standards, explore state-of-the-art approaches while staying practical.
• Build a strong cross-functional team and ensure adequate resources to solve product challenges.
• Analyze processes and user journeys, identify pain points, and set product objectives.
• Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from design to implementation, testing, release, promotion, monitoring, and support.
• Prioritise initiatives and ensure products are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Measure and track product usage, impact on end users, and progress of product objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers to review technical design and ensure suitability for current and future initiatives.
