  • Salary : 40,000 + complete benefits
  • Location : Ortigas Pasig
  • Schedule : Regular Shift (9am - 6pm)
  • Set up : Purely Work Onsite
  • Qualifications

    • Graduate of any Information Technology courses majoring on computer programming
    • At least 5 years experience in IT Helpdesk related
    • Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing tools
    • Laptop deployment and configuration
    • Support for peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners)
    • Hardware and software troubleshooting
    • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
    • Maintain accurate documentation (user guides, training materials)
    • Prepare regular maintenance reports and logs
