Job descriptionOpen to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Open for Undergraduates; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage. At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. With experience in handling or leading a team. Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to a team of telemarketing agents to achieve defined sales or collections goals and KPIs, ensuring adherence to company policies and superior service quality. Maintain clear, accurate, and culturally aware communication with Mandarin clients. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and training to help team members improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement, and objection-handling skills. Handle Non-Payment Reason Reporting, ensuring all issues are clearly understood and promptly escalated to the Collections Manager. Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly assignment of accounts to agents, as well as the preparation of daily collection reports and shift schedules.
