Duties and Responsibilities :
- Medical and claims personnel management for employee satisfaction and wellbeing including occupational health and safety for better employee retention.
- Claims administration of medical claims for registration, approval / denial, reserve management, risk assessment, disability negotiations, payment of members and provider, and claim coding and archiving according to ICD10 Standards.
- Call centre support on adjudication, complaint handling, provider communication, and problem-solving for medical services.
- Medical plan reviews, SoB finalisation, and operational assessment of products to be sold by underwriting.
- Acting in-house physician to cater for the medical needs of all staff in the organisation.
- Leadership and Strategic support by implementing company mission, vision and core values by proper implementation of directives and setting an example
