DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.) Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
2.) Drive daily and weekly sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
3.) Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.
4.) Build relationship with regular customers and manage special requests or bulk orders.
5.) Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
6.) Ensure all products are fresh well displayed, and properly labeled with prices.
7.) Track best-selling items ad adjust purchasing or display strategies accordingly.
8.) Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customer and other relevant information as required by the management.
9.) Lead, guides, and trains sales personnel to achieve goals.
10.) Others task that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
1.) With at least (2) years experience in sales as a manager and (2) years experience as sales agent.
2.) With at least 2-3 years experience as a supervisor or manager handling food sales particularly in wet market is an advantage.
3.) Willing to work at night shift or wet market operational time.
4.) With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.
5.) Easy to adapt, willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.
