JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• SHOULD BE have Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics (CPA, CA, CFA Prefer)
• SHOULD HAVE 8-10 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or Compliance Roles.
• SHOULD HAVE an experience in GCCS, MNCS, or Large Corporate Finance.
• SHOULD HAVE a strong knowledge of Treasury Functions, Financial Controls, and Tax Regulations.
• SHOULD HAVE an experience with Corporate Governance, Statutory Filings, and Audit Compliance.
• With strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role overview :

The Treasurer will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and aligning with global corporate policies. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in treasury management, financial strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The treasurer will work closely with the finance team in India, ensuring smooth financial operations, strong governance, and alignment with global corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Custodianship & Accounting Controls

Review and maintain full & accurate accounts & ensure proper bookkeeping and financial record-keeping in compliance with local regulations.

Establish and maintain internal financial controls to prevent discrepancies.

2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Oversee liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and fund allocations.

Have custody and responsibility for all funds, securities, and bonds of the corporation.
