Job Description for Council Relations Executive Asia

Position Summary

The Council Relations Executive (CRE) is at the forefront of our growing Council business. This role is responsible for Council Member engagement across a portfolio of Councils and leveraging a team of staff and contractors to create powerful networks of senior executives from the largest companies and organizations in Asia. It would suit someone who is outgoing globally curious and well organized.

Your Responsibilities as a Council Relations Executive would be :

Lead engagement for 68 Councils with 70 Members maintaining high satisfaction and retention.

Regularly communicate with members via calls and written updates providing concierge-level service.

Attend all Council meetings to ensure exceptional execution capture insights and build rapport.

Vet and onboard new members and manage transitions for departing ones.

Analyze feedback and work with Program Directors to enhance Council experience.

Collaborate with Sales Centers and Finance teams and guide contracted Program Directors.

Support the Member Development team in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Monitor metrics proactively manage at-risk Members and implement retention plans.

Maintain financial goals around retention receivables and expense management.

Continuously seek innovative improvements to enhance Member engagement and internal processes.

Qualifications for this Role :

Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate work experience.

Proven experience in account management customer success professional services delivery or executive client engagement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.

Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and a gregarious outgoing personality.

Intellectual curiosity and awareness of global business economic and geopolitical trends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or database systems.

Self-motivated independent and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
