Job descriptionOpportunity for rapid career growth for Top Performers Retirement / Life Insurance for Qualified Staff Work-life Balance Processes and Programs Answers phone calls and provides important information / assistance to clients Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance Communicates with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns Answer participant questions, , as well as talk to participants to achieve a full understanding of what critical information is being asked. Open to candidates who completed college no experience required Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience Excellent to above-average English communication skills BPO experience is a plus but not necessary Can do onsite work Within 25km to 35 km
