Job description

Salary : 40,000 - 60,000

With Saturday schedule

Required Experience :

  • Chinese Language Skills : Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) for effective communication with Chinese clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree : A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales / Purchasing Experience : Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Purchasing is required.
  • Bilingual Communication Skills : Fluent in Chinese, English, and Filipino.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-Oriented : Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Work Experience with Chinese or Japanese Companies : Previous work experience in China or with Chinese clients would be a plus.
  • Customer Service Experience : A background in customer service, retail, or the airline industry would be beneficial.
  • E-commerce Knowledge : Familiarity with online platforms like Carousell, Shopee, or similar platforms is a bonus.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments : Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Chinese-Speaking Sales & Purchasing professional, you will play a critical role in facilitating smooth communication between the company and Chinese-speaking clients, managing sales, and supporting purchasing processes. Here’s what you’ll do :

・Communication Bridge : Serve as the primary liaison between the company and our Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service.

・Sales Management : Handle customer inquiries, sales transactions, and build long-term relationships with clients.

・Purchasing Support : Assist in coordinating purchases, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

・Business Reporting & Strategy : Prepare reports, monitor sales, and offer strategic business recommendations to improve performance.

・Negotiation & Transaction Support : Support purchasing negotiations, product listings, and payment management.

・Translation Support : Provide accurate Chinese-to-English and English-to-Chinese translations for business communication.

・Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to drive revenue growth and streamline operations.
