Service Engineer - Calamba Plant

POSITION SUMMARY

The Service Engineer is responsible for the smooth coordination of the timely delivery of ready mixed concrete (RMC) to client projects in a manner that is safe and cost efficient. Ensures that all the confirmed scheduled concreting of the client projects is all inspected and ready to receive the delivery on time. As the delivery of RMC proceeds, interval of transport is programmed and concrete quality are monitored and maintained.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for verifying jobsite concreting preparation including concreting request and volume requirement and relaying this information to plant.
• Responsible in the planning and checking of the delivery routes, onsite route conditions, onsite unloading stations and ongoing concrete pouring status and reporting to CBP.
• Ensures availability of concrete testing tools and facilities for continuous and uninterrupted operation.
• Prepares inspection reports and consumption reports for the review of the plant supervisor
• Supervises all DPI onsite RMC pouring operations activities at project sites.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
