QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant

Experience : At least 1 years of relevant work experience

Training : At least 4 hours of relevant training

EMPLOYMENT STATUS : To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE : Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Attends to the clerical work requirements of the Department / Division such as filing, routing, and answering -phone calls in order to complete daily Department / Division tasks;
• Assists in the preparation and conduct of employee engagement and training activities;
• Assists in the post-training and post-engagement reports and evaluation;\
• Assists in the facilitation of employee trainings, seminars, seminars and engagement activities.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
