Job description

We are hiring Voice Customer Service Representatives for an exciting opportunity in Ortigas! No BPO experience? No problem! If you are a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications :

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
  • No prior BPO or call center experience required
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening)
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound or outbound voice calls from customers across various accounts (e.g., general inquiries, service concerns, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Provide clear, accurate, and friendly support to address customer questions or problems
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and quality service
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training materials
