AU Finance Data Analyst - GSCMQ

Responsibilities :

• Maintain the monthly broker profitability report and ensure that the report meets operational needs of the business.
• Analyse operational metrics. This requires gathering raw data from sources (salesforce, Xero, Excel reports from lenders and aggregators) and putting them in understandable formats fitting for statistical analysis.
• Provide analytical support as required by Finance Manager, the Management Team and the Board through knowledge of statistical methods of analysis and financial / accounting ratios.
• Maintain a reconciliation of loan books, settlements, upfronts and trail income. Identify variances, outliers and anomalies to ensure data integrity which flows through financial reporting.
• Assist in the completion of the Monthly Management Reports, and at year end, the Annual Financial Report.
• Provide technical support on Team's requirements for automation via Macro and Excel. Assist as Finance Business partner for data integration in Salesforce (not required to be knowledgeable on Salesforce, but should understand data outputs to reconcile data).
• Assist the team in general accounting and operational finance requirements, as the role will exist within the Finance Team.
