Role / Overview

Role : Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Define and communicate sales targets, quotas, and objectives to the sales team. Monitor progress toward goals and adjust as needed. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales staff. Allocate budgets and resources for marketing initiatives. Adjust strategies based on forecasts. Monitor and analyze performance of sales and marketing activities. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Develop contingency plans and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 10-15 years of significant experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets
• Experience in marketing strategies, campaigns, and market analysis; familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and advertising
• Strong leadership abilities in sales and marketing management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics
• Experience managing marketing projects from inception to completion
• Leadership and team-building skills to recruit, train, and manage staff
• Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus
