Location : Pasig (Onsite)

Work Schedule : Night Shift

Salary : ₱70,000 – ₱100,000

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with strong leadership skills and proven experience in the Telco BPO industry. The ideal candidate will lead a QA team, ensure consistent performance delivery, and drive continuous improvement in customer interactions and process quality.

Qualifications :

Solid leadership experience as a QA Manager in a Telco account

Preferably with sales account experience in the BPO industry

Strong background in people management, coaching, and performance monitoring

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Willing to work onsite in Pasig on a night shift schedule
