Chronos Consulting’s client is an international company focused on building stronger connections through network infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a Project Permit Manager based in Metro Manila.
The Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Interfacing with numerous municipal ( building & roadway) departments to complete needed permit applications
Negotiating to acquire necessary permits for survey and installation works.
Delivering completed permit applications and fees to various municipal business license departments to secure work permits.
Coordinating the finalization of contracts with property owners or administrators.
Performing site acquisition and documentation work, monitoring and providing timely updates.
Achieving administrative requirements as required for the scheduling of technical surveys, project monitoring, and installation works.
Attending project meetings (internal, clients and suppliers) and tracking meeting minutes and actions.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field coupled with 2 years of experience in project coordination.
Working knowledge of telecommunication industry standards, practices, and regulations.
At least 1 year of experience in permit acquisition from HOA, Barangay or municipality is mandatory
Familiar with general permitting requirements for each region, barangay, and city permitting agencies.
Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and documetation skills.
Knowledgeable of MS project application.
Experienced in negotiations with srong verbal and written communication skills
Ability and confidence to work and communications with municipal stakeholders and councils.
