Your Mission : The Role

You are a technically accountable, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver (fds) , directly shaping and driving AI-powered transformation from the first principles through exceptional software engineering.

You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for co-innovating and technically realizing transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. You lead the architectural charge from concept to production.

Let’s be clear : this is not your typical software architect role where success is measured solely in diagrams and theoretical designs. At Searce, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset, as the fellow engineers evlos (solve differently) intelligent outcomes; while you remain 100% accountable for the technical solutions proposed, their quality, and the real outcomes realized in production.

Your Responsibilities

This isn't a ‘diagrams-and-decks’ role. You are the founder, the architect, and the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for both strategizing and executing transformative client business outcomes as an AI-native engineering-led modern tech consultancy.

Your mission is to partner with visionary clients, leverage our ‘solver DNA’ to disrupt traditional processes and genuinely futurify clients' business operations to create ‘real value’ through cutting-edge software solutions.

Here’s how you’ll make your mark :

Drive Technical Impact & Growth.

• Own the technical solution delivery that directly fuels client revenue and success. Forecast, strategize, and execute with precision.
• Architect and deliver compelling technical solutions that build deep client trust and accelerate adoption.
• Leverage and deepen technical alliances with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms to unlock cutting-edge solution capabilities.
• Consult & Solve as the lead technical voice in strategic client conversations, translating complex challenges into elegant engineering solutions.
• Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking to uncover core client problems amenable to AI-powered software solutions.
• Apply our proprietary evlos methodology—iterate fast and fearlessly in the design and development of innovative systems.
• Your role is to serve as the chief technical translator between a client's biggest challenges and our most intelligent, AI-powered software engineering solutions.
• Design AI-native, cloud-forward solutions grounded in process intelligence that drive true value.
• Replace “nice slides” with “pleasant surprises for clients” via working real outcomes.
