Business Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and Power BI
• Experience with ETL processes and data management
• Ability to automate reports and develop KPIs

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts, developers, and data engineers
• Gather stakeholder requirements and deliver data solutions
• Manage data storage systems, pipelines, and BI tools
• Automate reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee BI projects and manage priorities
