Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain sales records, process orders, and communicate with clients to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and reports.
- Process orders and ensure accurate order entry in the system.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product / service information.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.
- Handle internal and external communications related to sales operations.
- Support the organization of sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Review and verify sales team’s expense claims.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.Experience in data analysis and sales forecasting.
