Accountable for the overall availability of Electro-Mechanical equipment

Responsible for the operations & maintenance of Electro-Mechanical equipment

Responsible for the creation of checklist & service reports for Electro-Mechanical equipment

Responsible for the escorting, quality control of Vendor PPM and CM activities

Responsible for closing out Corrigo Work Orders

• At least 8 years direct & Actual work experience as Chiller Operator & Technician in manufacturing and / or huge commercial portfolio
• Aircon Technician - NC II
• Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site
• High technical and skilled operator and troubleshooter of Chiller & AC system
• Knowledgeable in Occupational Health & Safety
