Job description1-2 years experience in the related field Good command of the English language Must be 18 years of age and above Committed to Work on Graveyard Shift Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required Windows or Mac is acceptable At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam, built in camera for laptop is okay 10 Mbps DSL / Fiber Internet connection No Work Experience Required Training Provided Work From Home Growth Job Security & Stability Obtainable Promotion Profit Share In-House Assistance (Healthcare Benefit)
Responsibilities :
- Check and notate any negative reviews that have been removed
- Execute tasks with thoroughness, and savvy knowledge on technology
- Check reviews for our entire client database
- Analyze and use different directory sites to improve the services
- Data entry, update, add or remove labels on information stored in CRM
- Report to the Client Services Manager if there are any problems or issues
- Completing any overflow tasks that might be necessary for clients
- Other duties or tasks as assigned
