About the Role

A global consulting services firm is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Developer (Manager Level) to join its Business Application Consulting team. In this strategic role, youll lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce integration solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation for global clients.

As a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will apply your technical expertise and consulting experience to align technology with business goals. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and serve as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing large-scale digital change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce integration initiatives and manage cross-functional delivery team.
• Design scalable and secure integration solutions across enterprise systems
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Conduct system analysis and validate outcomes with stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across platforms
• Create and maintain documentation for integration processes and best practices
• Stay ahead of emerging integration tools, patterns, and technologies
• Drive stakeholder engagement, coaching, and communication throughout project lifecycle
