Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM EST (Night Shift)

Compensation : Starting at ₱30,000 / month

Increase to ₱35,000 after 90 days

Increase to ₱40,000 after 180 days

Performance-based bonuses available

Music4Life Kids is dedicated to enriching children’s education through the power of music. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance / Admin Specialist to keep our finance operations accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

Manage invoicing and payroll

Handle bookkeeping and maintain organized financial records

Calculate commissions and reconcile discrepancies

Generate reports for management review

Coordinate with staff to resolve payroll and reporting issues

Qualifications

Strong math and logic skills

Comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks and daily data entry

Detail-oriented and accurate with strong organizational skills

Professional, employee-friendly communication style

Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks / Xero, Gusto, Excel / Google Sheets, Stripe / PayPal / Wise is a plus

Role Highlights

Remote role (Philippines-based)

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM EST (9 hours with 1-hour break)

Paid trial period (2–6 weeks) before final selection
