Industrial Engineer- 2 yrs Experience

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

Experience : 1-2 Years Experience in Production / Manufacturing

Requirements / Skills : Proven experience in production process optimization,

layout design, and work measurement.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project

management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other

continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Analyze current production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop

solutions to eliminate waste and bottlenecks.

2. Design and implement efficient production layouts, considering factors such as material

flow, equipment placement, and ergonomics.

3. Develop and maintain work standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and

production output.

4. Conduct time studies and implement work measurement programs to establish labor

utilization baselines.

5. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Quality Control) to ensure smooth

production operations.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement new technologies and

methodologies to optimize production.

7. Prepare and maintain documentation related to production processes, standards, and

procedures.

8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshoot production issues.

9. Participate in the selection and procurement of new equipment and machinery as needed.

10. Assist in the daily operation of production lines to ensure operations run smoothly and

meet or exceed target efficiency.

11. Exercise administrative control over personnel to ensure strict implementation of company

rules and regulations.

12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager.
