Production Supervisor

Job Description :

We are hiring a Production Supervisor in Valenzuela to manage production schedules, supervise operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise production staff and schedules

Implement safety and quality standards (GHP, ISO, FDA)

Ensure adherence to production planning

Resolve issues and maintain efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing

At least 1 year Supervisory experience

Experience in printing / packaging industry is an advantage

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
