Responsibilities
- Supervise Cashier, Inventory Clerk, Branch Helper, Delivery Driver, and Delivery Helper
- Provide Team Leadership and Coaching
Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
Provide the team with a vision of the project objectivesFamiliarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques, tools & forms to support task performanceCommunicate team status, task accomplishment, and directionMonitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing are being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
Initiate sub-group meeting as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallelListen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflictsEscalate issues to Management which cannot be resolved by the teamServe as a focal point of the Management to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with the Team.Qualifications
