A Day in the Life

As a Data Analytics Intern in our Chief Digital & Marketing Office (CDMO), you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, turning data into actionable insights that shape our business strategies. You will support a dynamic team in harnessing the power of data to understand our consumers and drive performance across our digital channels.

In this role, you will:

• Support the collection, cleaning, and preparation of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to track key performance indicators.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that will influence marketing and e-commerce decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, media, and brand marketing, to provide data-driven recommendations.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a curious and analytical student who is eager to make an impact in the world of beauty tech. You are a problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.

To be a great fit for this role, you have:

• Currently enrolled as an active student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Strong analytical abilities with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• An organized and proactive approach to managing tasks and projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with Power BI or programming languages (like SQL or Python) is a plus.
